Before any services being performed by Equine Path to Healing, the General Supervision Form and the Disclosure statement forms MUST be filled out, signed by the appropriate individuals, and sent back to anna@eph-therapy.com BEFORE your scheduled appointment

Based on geographical location, additional charges will be incurred for travel outside a 50-mile radius from our South-Central Texas location.

Any driving travel over 50 miles will incur an additional $0.70 / per mile. If outside of the 50-mile range, please select the mileage below and add to your cart. For any out-of-state travel, we will work effectively to coordinate multiple clients and split the travel costs. Please email us for additional fees, and we will work to assist you with the proper way of booking your services.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or payment will not be credited. Thank you for understanding.
